Novy & Associates Attends Senior Expo.

Novy & Associates is heavily involved in local business and civic orgranizations. So, when two of N&A’s favorite organizations—The Ocean County Business Association and Ocean County College were participating in OCC’s annual Senior Living Expo on the OCC campus, Mr. Novy and Marketing Director, Jaclyn Ewing were willing participants. They are shown here manning the OCBA booth, flanking fellow member, Business Advisor, Marty Aronow, while members Donny Sanders from Spirits Unlimited and Jim Everett, of Toms River Locksmith, stand to the right.

Both Mr. Novy and Donny Sanders are past presidents of the organization, while Jim Everett is the incoming president. The Ocean County Business Association is Ocean County’s largest and oldest exclusive business networking organization. It was founded more than 30 years ago and has 70 members.

Novy & Associates Launch Speakers' Bureau

Robert Novy of Novy and Associates has launched Inside the Law Speakers' Bureau, which will include more than 20 free seminars throughout Ocean County. These free seminars are to help local residents of all ages easily understand legal concepts that can and most often will affect them and their family members. Jason Wyatt Joins Novy & Associates

Jason Wyatt, Summit, New Jersey, has joined the law firm of Novy & Associates, Manchester. Wyatt will focus his practice on elder law, including estate planning, estate settlement, asset protection, Medicaid, estate litigation, guardianship, and in-depth tax matters.

Before joining Novy & Associates, Wyatt was an associate at Mantell & Prince, Providence, N.J., where he concentrated on estate planning, and estate and trust taxation. Wyatt received his B.A. cum laude from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y., with a double major in English and American Studies. He was awarded his J.D. in 2005 from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Columbus, Ohio, where he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Business.

This May, Wyatt earned an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in taxation, an internationally recognized postgraduate law degree indicating specialized legal training. Wyatt is active in alumni affairs for Far Hills Country Day School, N.J., and the Delbarton School, Morristown, N.J., from where he was graduated from high school.
